Project Description:

The works comprised the Cat B fit out of 2nr new Ted Baker stores (located at Merry Hill Shopping Centre, Brierley Hill, and Derbion, Derby).

The scope of works included new partitions and doors, furniture and fittings (inc storage units, plinths, shelving hanging rails, cash desks), floor finishes, lighting, branded material, décor, signage, shop frontage and

back of house area (inc kitchen and break out area, toilet).

Key Challenges:

• Working in a busy shopping centre environment

• Constraints associated with the above plus adhering to specific Shopping Centre procedures for deliveries, working hours.

• Ensuring noise and dust were kept to a minimum throughout.

• Constraints relating to some items of oversized furniture/ fittings which could not be transported to works area via goods
