Mark is a Co-Founder and Director of iM2.
He has vast experience in Design Risk Management and has been providing the role of Principal Designer since its introduction in 2015.

Mark has been assisting Clients, Designers, Developers, and Contractors in their roles under CDM for over 20 years, adapting to the many changes in H&S legislation.

He enjoys the challenges that arise in the complex world of Health and Safety.
He takes pride in resolving issues by being proactive, decisive, combined with a common-sense approach.

Richard is an enthusiastic, highly motivated and practical professional with 25 years of construction industry experience including 20 years in Health and Safety Consultancy.

An articulate and diplomatic communicator with the ability to interact at all levels, working to provide practical solutions with design teams through to site delivery. Internationally, Richard implemented and delivers a global workplace assurance review program in over 30 countries.
Richard has the elements of practical construction knowledge, design process experience and a detailed understanding of health and safety legislation.

Graham is a highly motivated individual, with a strong foundation in the application of the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015.
Experienced in delivering bespoke services to Clients ensuring projects adhere to industry best practice and current regulations whilst implementing the general principles of prevention.

Les has worked as a senior consultant for several years providing comprehensive advice and guidance to clients on all matters relating to construction health and safety legislation, delivering principal designer and client advisor roles.
Les has 30 years of experience in Health and Safety in construction gaining considerable knowledge and experience in Health and Safety management across a variety of industries and sectors. His experience ranges from site management to project management, full-time ‘on-site’ Health and Safety management and Principal Designer roles.
Les follows a pragmatic approach to the planning, organising, budget control and delivery of projects, which add real value to both clients and their business.

Senior Health & Safety Consultant

Dominic has been in the Building Regulations industry for over 17 years, gaining valuable experience working for a mix of Local Authority and Registered Building Control Approver organisations. He is also a Registered Building Inspector to the highest level of Class 4 – 3G & H. Over the years, he has been exposed to insightful and award-winning projects, including shopping centre developments, multi-million-pound regeneration schemes, and defined HRBs (higher-risk buildings). More recently, he has been assisting clients with discharging their duties, providing consultancy services, and acting as Principal Designer and advisor (Building Regulations). Dominic takes great pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences and values building strong relationships. Qualities such as honesty, integrity and responsiveness are also important to his approach to delivery.

With an emphasis on the pharmaceutical, research, and healthcare environments, Ian is well-versed in a variety of sectors and the unique factors that influence clients’ business needs.
Ian prides himself on a whole life, holistic approach to CDM and the elimination of end user risks through sensible design review.

Florentina is also a trained mental health first aider and she is very passionate about promoting and raising awareness on mental health within our company and on the projects, she is working on.

A Technical Member of IOSH, Mark specialises in improving all aspects of health & safety through training provision, influencing policy and implementing safe work systems. Mark is familiar with current legislation with a proven ability to ensure that operations are managed in full compliance.

Mark has been within the Building Regulations industry for over 36 years gaining valuable experience working for, managing Local Authority and co-founding an Approved Inspector/ Registered Building Control Approvers. Mark is a corporate member of the RICS, a Fellow of the Association of Building Engineers, An Associate member of the Institute of Fire Engineers and a Registered Building Inspector. Mark has worked on high-profile retail and residential schemes working closely with the Design Teams as Building Regulations Adviser on defence schemes. Mark is very approachable and prides himself on being an effective part of the design and development team. His responsibilities have been varied, including high-level and effective project management, site inspections, plan appraisals, client advisory and principal designer, for a variety of projects within the company.
