Mark is a Co-Founder and Director of iM2.

He has vast experience in Design Risk Management and has been providing the role of Principal Designer since its introduction in 2015.

Mark has been assisting Clients, Designers, Developers, and Contractors in their roles under CDM for over 20 years, adapting to the many changes in H&S legislation.

He enjoys the challenges that arise in the complex world of Health and Safety.

He takes pride in resolving issues by being proactive, decisive, combined with a common-sense approach.

Richard is an enthusiastic, highly motivated and practical professional with 25 years of construction industry experience including 20 years in Health and Safety Consultancy.

An articulate and diplomatic communicator with the ability to interact at all levels, working to provide practical solutions with design teams through to site delivery. Internationally, Richard implemented and delivers a global workplace assurance review program in over 30 countries.

Richard has the elements of practical construction knowledge, design process experience and a detailed understanding of health and safety legislation.

Laura is a Health & Safety Consultant with 10 years of experience providing CDM Principal Designer services for various Client sectors, ranging from healthcare and education to residential, retail and commercial.

Laura is a driven and focused individual who strives for high standards and client satisfaction with a keen eye for detail to maintain technical and quality excellence.

Chloe is a Health & Safety Consultant who started her career training to be an architect. With making the move from architecture to health and safety, she brings a catalogue of knowledge, and its the perfect compliment to undertaking design risk management.

A highly motivated Consultant who has over 3 years’ experience in the construction industry as well as gaining considerable knowledge relating to health and safety legislation, occupational health and wellbeing.

Ian is a Co-Founder and Director of iM2.

He is a competent and experienced Design Risk Adviser acting as Principal Designer and Health & Safety Advisor.

With an emphasis on the pharmaceutical, research, and healthcare environments, Ian is well-versed in a variety of sectors and the unique factors that influence clients’ business needs.

Ian prides himself on a whole life, holistic approach to CDM and the elimination of end user risks through sensible design review.

Graham is a highly motivated individual, with a strong foundation in the application of the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015.

Experienced in delivering bespoke services to Clients ensuring projects adhere to industry best practice and current regulations whilst implementing the general principles of prevention.

Andreas has a background in residential property refurbishment and development. He has an excellent understanding of CDM Regulations 2015 and has collaborated with some of the leading industry designers and contractors on new builds, demolition, and refurbishment schemes. These experiences have provided him a real insight into design and construction processes.

Andreas has acted as the leading Principal Designer on several notable schemes around London and has worked within a team that delivered the CDM Advisor role, Health and safety site inspections, Asbestos and Electrical Compliance services. His role involved operational delivery of projects across both public and private residential developments, asset management, commercial, hospitality and education sectors.

Florentina is also a trained mental health first aider and she is very passionate about promoting and raising awareness on mental health within our company and on the projects, she is working on.

The balance of practical site-based knowledge mixed with legislative understanding ensures Patrick provides a proportionate approach to risk management.

Les has worked as a senior consultant for several years providing comprehensive advice and guidance to clients on all matters relating to construction health and safety legislation, delivering principal designer and client advisor roles.

Les has 30 years of experience in Health and Safety in construction gaining considerable knowledge and experience in Health and Safety management across a variety of industries and sectors. His experience ranges from site management to project management, full-time ‘on-site’ Health and Safety management and Principal Designer roles.

Les follows a pragmatic approach to the planning, organising, budget control and delivery of projects, which add real value to both clients and their business.
