Project Description:

 

The works comprised a replacement Tesco retail superstore and five residential buildings (419 units),above (buildings A to E) set around a private landscaped podium.

There will be ancillary flexible retail floorspace at the ground floor of the Development Zone to activate pedestrian routes.

 

Key Challenges:

  • Large mixed-use development

  • Working next to LUL tunnels

  • Developing a robust access and maintenance strategy

  • Lighting replacement over swimming pool
