Project Description:

The strip out and refit of a vacant Waterstones unit to a new Superdry retail store.   

The works included new shop front, wall, floor & ceiling finishes, MEP installation and all associated fixtures and fittings. 

Key Challenges:

• Working in a busy town centre.

• Ensuring dust and noise were kept to a minimum. 

• Adjacent occupied units

• Ensuring suitable hoarding and security to prevent unauthorised access.

• Traffic management, deliveries & logistics.
