Project Description:

 

The fit-out of an existing Poundworld unit which has been left vacant to the new Superdry specification.   

 

The works included new shop front, flooring, walls, MEP and segregation of areas at ground floor.  

 

The existing mezzanine area was to be left fallow upon completion. 

 

Key Challenges:

• Working in a busy town centre.

• Ensuring dust and noise were kept to a minimum. 

• Providing temporary lighting to the unit. 

• Ensuring suitable hoarding and security to prevent unauthorised access.
