Project Description:

Gateway West is a strong, angular, rock-like building, one that sits confidently among its larger neighbours. The brick and ceramic exterior is solid and robust, full of character, but also attuned to its surroundings and to the needs of the rooms inside.

Deceptively large windows give views along key routes and public spaces, including the round feature window that announces Gateway West, making it more prominent on the approach from White City Station. 

To the rear, a quieter pedestrian route connects back into the public spaces, shops and restaurants of the other White City Place buildings.

Cantilevers create welcoming entrances and a small roof terrace at the third floor creates a south-facing viewing point.

The building will provide flexible and affordable office workspace across 3 floors, ground floor and ancillary space, green roof with plant space and basement level access to Gateway Central via a car lift.
