Project Description:

The project comprises of the comprehensive redevelopment of the part occupied site to provide 838 new homes, with four new distinct buildings ranging in height from 5 to 46 storeys constructed above a new basement structure. High-quality landscape and playable spaces for residents are included, space is also provided for new commercial units.

The project is situated in the London Borough of Southwark, on a triangular plot between Newington Causeway, Borough Road and the railway line. It is situated equidistant between Borough & Elephant and Castle Underground stations.
